Le Comptoir des Confitures
Cela fait 40 ans que Catherine fait de la confiture, autant vous dire qu’elle ne laisse aucune place à l’incertitude. On ne devient pas Maître-Artisan Confiturier par hasard. Chez Catherine tous le paramètres sont pris en compte: - son laboratoire digne d’une salle blanche (salle d’opération) - le choix des produits, fait avec soin auprès de fournisseurs triés sur le volet, des fruits à bonne maturité, cueillis au bon moment selon la bonne météo, à la bonne heure du jour, avec la bonne quantité de sucre, tout est sous contrôle, (j’achète uniquement si le fruit est bon..dit-elle) ce n’est pas pour rien que le Collège Culinaire de France l’a désignée Producteur Artisan de Qualité à l'unanimité de tous les Chefs étoilés.

It has been 40 years since Catherine makes some jam, so much to tell you that she does not leave no room in the uncertainty. We do not become Masters - Craftsmen Confiturier by accidentally. At Catherine all parameters are taken into account:
- its deserving laboratory of a white room (operating room)
- the choice of products, made carefully with hand-picked suppliers, fruits with good maturity, picked at the right time according to the good weather report, at the good hour of the day, with the good quantity of sugar, everything is under control.
(I buy only if the fruit is good .. she says) it is not for nothing that the Culinary College of France indicated her Producer Quality craftsman unanimously of all the Star chefs.
